We always recommend that you insure your pieces to make sure that they are covered for any eventuality. Should the worst happen and your jewellery is lost or stolen it will be a great comfort to know you have insurance in place and make an unpleasant situation much easier.
When making such an expensive purchase we understand that not everyone is comfortable with buying online.
If you would like to view a particular design or diamond from our website then we have the option for you to come in to store. We stock a selection of jewellery and loose diamonds in store so we can compare diamonds with you and guide you through the process.
We would recommend making an appointment if there are specific designs you would like to see so that we can check we have them in store and prepare the items for you. We carry as many designs possible instore but if we don’t have the exact style then we will show you the most similar one we have.
If you would like some advice on selecting your diamond, then our specialist staff are happy to help you. We can show you some different diamonds to see what carat/colour or clarity you prefer and see how each characteristic affects the stone. Whether you already know which specifications you would like or are in need or would prefer an explanation of the diamond grading scale we are on hand to help.
