We will notify you once your item is ready to be dispatched and provide you with the tracking number. We send all UK items using Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is a next day between 9am- 1pm tracked and insured service. This will require a signature on arrival so please ensure someone will be at the address to receive it.

International orders are dispatched by Fedex which will add a small charge so please contact us and we can provide a quote for you. Whilst we cover all shipping costs for your item you will be liable for any taxes or duty that may apply.
If you are purchasing online or over the phone from outside the EU and we are shipping the item directly to you then we can deduct the VAT at the point of purchase. Please contact us prior to payment so that we can arrange this for you on [email protected].
