If you require an order sooner than the quoted timescales on the website please contact us and we will be happy to discuss your deadline. Depending on the design it is often possible for us to work towards a tighter timescale or we may have the design you are looking for in stock in our store so it’s always worth checking.
2Placing your order
We offer online order processing including finance applications directly through our website however if you would prefer to give us a call on 0121 236 5799 then one of our experienced team can place your order over the phone and answer any questions you may have.
Once the order has been confirmed you will then receive an email confirmation, if you don’t receive the email please contact us on 0121 236 5799. You will receive status updates throughout your order but if you have a query at any point just let us know.
Once your order is ready to be dispatched then we will email you confirmation of the tracking number and when to expect the parcel.
If you would like to add a personalised touch to your order we offer an engraving service on most of our designs, for an additional £35 you can have your chosen message engraved on then inside of the ring. We offer Bold or Italic style fonts just add this into the comments when placing your order. How many symbols we can fit will depend on the design so if you would like any advice just contact us.
We are pleased to offer our customers a lifetime upgrades policy on our diamonds. To provide a quote we need to provide your receipt and certificate for your original purchase, we would then calculate the balance on the new diamond you would like to upgrade to. In order to be eligible the difference paid needs to be a minimum of £1000. If you would like any advice or have any questions just let us know at email@example.com.
We believe in the quality of our craftsmanship and are pleased to provide 12 months Manufacturing warranty on all our pieces.
If you have concerns regarding manufacturing issues then we recommend contacting us so that we can allow our experienced goldsmiths to examine the piece to establish the cause. If a manufacturing issue is found then a repair or replacement will be provided complimentary by Aspire. Any damage which is not covered by the warranty will be quoted for the customers approval prior to any repair being carried out.
All fine jewellery is subject to daily wear and tear especially rings since we use our hands constantly during our day to day activities. We therefore recommend removing your jewellery when applying creams and scents since these are likely to dull the appearance of the sparkle, this is also particularly important for white gold items since this will affect the plating.
Any issues arrising from general wear and tear would not be covered by warranty, for example prongs catching or being knocked slightly due to the effects of daily wear, the faster errosion of plating caused by chemicals, handcreams, soaps etc

We provide a complimentary returns policy so that if for any reason the item is not quite what you expected then you can return it to us with 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or full refund. To arrange the return of an item just contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to return it to us.
-All items returned to us need to include all of your original documents including receipt, detailing the reason for the return. Include a cover note if necessary.
-Return your item back to us using a postal or courier service ensuring that the item is insured up to the correct value, you are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the item is properly insured. Aspire cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the item during transit.

-All returned items must be in a new and unsused condition. Any items which show signs of wear or alterations being done by any other jeweller will not be accepted for return.
-Items returned to us without the proper documentation, including the box, receipt and certification will not be accepted.
-Full diamond eternities and weds cannot be resized so will need to be returned and completely re-made.
-Items which have had engraving added will not be accepted for return.
Our jewellery is hand made to order for you, the approximate delivery timescales are given with each item. If you need an item sooner than the specified date then get in touch with us and we will see how we can help. Occational an order may take longer than expected but if this is the case we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
Delivery within the UK is complimentary. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, this service is tracked and insured. We will email you your Tracking number and your parcel will be delivered the next day between 9am-1pm.
For international customers we use Fedex which is fully insured whilst in transit to you. There is an additional charge of £40 for this service. Please be advised that while we will ensure all shipping costs are covered, you may be liable for import duties and taxes when the item arrives in your desired country.
