When buying from aspire you can rest easy, we have everything covered!

At Aspire Diamonds, we always ensure all our customers are happy with their purchase. In the rare event, you are not happy with your item, then you are entitled to a full 30-day money back guarantee from the date you receive the piece of jewellery. This would also cover faulty goods. We also offer the opportunity for our customers to exchange their purchases within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To arrange the return of an item just contact us on [email protected] to let us know that you would like to return it to us.

All items returned to us need to include all your original documents including receipt, detailing the reason for the return. Include a cover note if necessary.

Return your item back to us using a postal or courier service ensuring that the item is insured up to the correct value, you are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the item is properly insured. Aspire cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to the item during transit.

All returned items must be in a new and unsused condition. Any items which show signs of wear or alterations being done by any other jeweller will not be accepted for return.

Items returned to us without the proper documentation, including the box, receipt and certification will not be accepted.

Full diamond eternities and weds cannot be resized so will need to be returned and completely re-made.

Items which have had engraving added will not be accepted for return.
