We always recommend that you insure your pieces to make sure that they are covered for any eventuality. Should the worst happen and your jewellery is lost or stolen it will be a great comfort to know you have insurance in place and make an unpleasant situation much easier.
Check what is covered by the insurance company that you choose, not all companies cover you for everything, for example; when you are abroad or for loss and accidental damage.
Since all fine jewellery is subject to wear and tear it is always worthwhile checking if your insurance provider covers for accidental damage as this is something that wouldn’t be covered by our warranty.
